Orders and Payment

We accept all major credit and debit cards including VISA, MasterCard, Discover, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Online orders are processed in real-time with Stripe.

Due to the pandemic please expect delays in shipping.

Satisfaction Policy

We want you to absolutely love the products in your order. If items in your order are defective or incomplete, please contact us; we’ll replace that item for you and will happily arrange an exchange for you.

Your return will be totally free. We will cover any shipping costs necessary to return the order and to ship a replacement to you.

If we cannot provide a replacement for a limited-edition item, we’ll provide the full value of the returned item in the form of store credit.

We can’t provide returns on products that are slightly different than the product photo. Every monitor displays color differently and it’s impossible to guarantee an exact match.

We’ll provide returns on damages that was the fault of our cosmetics lab, but not for products that were damaged through neglect, shipping, or everyday use.

If you received a missing item or a damaged product, you’re covered.

If you’ve tried a product but you prefer a different formulation, you’re not covered. Sorry! All products should be purchased without the expectation of free returns or exchanges.

Formulations

Our collection of products are formulated with a partner cosmetics lab. Your order will not immediately be shipped because the formulation of a new order may take up to a week! All of the ingredients used in the development of the product can be found on product pages and on the packaging.
